Municipal Electric Utilities General Rate Application 2022-2024

Represented the Towns of Mahone Bay and Antigonish, Berwick Electric Commission and the Riverport Electric Light Commission with individual General Rate Applications before the Nova Scotia Utility and Review Board. Participated in Settlement Agreement negotiations with respect to all issues related to the applicable Municipal Tariff, Open Access Transmission Tariff, and Backup and Top-up Tariff.
