Development of the Extra Large Industrial Active Demand Control (“ELIADC” Tariff) for Port Hawkesbury Paper LP

Acted as counsel for Port Hawkesbury Paper LP, Nova Scotia Power’s largest customer, in the development of a specific electricity rate. Negotiations and rate design lasted 10 months, followed by a 6-month regulatory review process that resulted in an approved rate for a four-year term.
