Community Outpatient Centre in Bayers Lake

McInnes Cooper participated as part of the team of advisors representing the Province of Nova Scotia in the procurement and award of a P3 DBFM (Design-Build-Finance-Maintain) contract for the Community Outpatient Centre (COC) in Bayers Lake, Halifax, which is part of the QEII Redevelopment Project. The contract was awarded in August of 2020 and the COC opened to the public on November 20, 2023.
