We regularly advise on transactions ranging from privately negotiated transfers of shares or assets to public company mergers and acquisitions completed by way of take-over bid, amalgamation and plan of arrangement. Members of our Corporate Finance group have experience preparing for and defending take-over bids and reverse take-over bids.
