Tyler’s practice focuses on general corporate and business law, real estate and energy and natural resources. Tyler assists clients with sales and acquisitions, organizational and governance matters, as well as drafting advisory work for a variety of business contracts. Additionally, he has assisted with corporate reorganizations and compliance matters.

With a degree in Civil Engineering, Tyler’s experience extends to construction and mining matters, having assisted with pleadings, discoveries and trial briefs for construction disputes. He has also provided research and support on regulatory and contractual matters in the mining and construction industries, as well as advising on matters related to mineral title in Newfoundland and Labrador.

In his spare time, Tyler enjoys playing recreational sports, such as golf and hockey, as well as travelling and engaging in various outdoor activities.
