Teddy practices in the areas of commercial and residential real estate. The majority of his practice is focused on commercial financings, including construction, acquisition and equity take-out financing matters. Teddy’s clients have come to rely on him for his attention to detail and his ability to identify their needs in a timely and efficient manner.

Teddy advises clients – including lenders, investors and developers – during commercial real estate transactions involving commercial and multi-unit residential developments. He frequently supports senior advisors with the acquisition, sale, financing and planning of such developments. Teddy is also a trusted advisor for land developers with respect to subdivision and land use planning. His experience extends to the areas of residential real estate transactions, landlord and tenant issues, and commercial leases for various businesses.

Outside of the office, Teddy enjoys playing baseball, hockey and golf.
