Sean is a business law associate in our Charlottetown office with a focus on banking and financial services, commercial financing and corporate and commercial real estate.

Sean advises financial institutions and corporate clients on commercial lending matters. He has acted in the placement of a wide range of credit facilities and also advises lenders in commercial enforcement matters.

In addition, Sean provides legal advice to business owners, partnerships and corporations on a wide range of matters, including incorporations, reorganizations, mergers, acquisitions and dispositions, asset and share purchases and real property matters.

With a background in economics, Sean brings a practical, business-oriented approach to his practice. He openly communicates with clients, focusing on providing solutions that offer the most value.

In his community, Sean also regularly devotes his time to local charitable, pro bono and other efforts as an active participant in McInnes Cooper’s Collective Social Responsibility Program.

Sean obtained his Juris Doctor from the University of New Brunswick where he was a student athlete on the UNB baseball team.
