About Samantha
Samantha works with lawyers to support all aspects of residential and commercial real estate transactions. She assists with new construction, condominium developments and other commercial transactions, working with developers, buyers and sellers. Samantha also has experience with estate transactions.
Samantha began with McInnes Cooper in 2006 as a Labour Paralegal, providing support for negotiations throughout Eastern Canada, including major project negotiations. She was also a Foreclosure Paralegal for 8 years. Before joining the firm, Samantha was an Office Manager and also worked at a benefit consulting firm, gaining extensive experience in the administration of human resources and payroll.
Samantha has a Bachelor of Education (Business) from the University of New Brunswick.
