About Rosiland
Rosiland Flint has been with McInnes Cooper since 1982 having had various roles over the past 40 years. She currently works in our Halifax Corporate Services Department as a Maintenance Corporate Paralegal. Her role is primarily dealing with the New Brunswick annual renewals for ULCs, extra Provincial Corporations, Societies and Business Names. She also deals with Federal annual returns.
Rosiland is one of the Co-Facilitators of the Firm’s Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Working Group. She is also a member of the Firm’s BIPOC committee.
