Rebecca is a Corporate Paralegal based in our Charlottetown Office. Her role primarily involves processing extra provincial annual renewals for PEI, as well as the creation of organizational documents for general incorporations and continuations.

Originally from Australia, Rebecca obtained her Business Administration Certificate before attending Holland College and completing the Legal Administrative Diploma program. Prior to joining McInnes Cooper, Rebecca obtained over a decade of administration experience within Canada, previously working in the legal industry as a legal assistant and property paralegal.
