About Petra
Petra is a Litigation Paralegal in our Halifax office. Her role includes organizing and managing insurance defence files, drafting pleadings, Affidavits of Documents and compiling discovery undertakings. Petra reviews medical documents, prepares medical brochures and court documentation. She is also responsible for correspondence with clients, insureds, experts and witnesses.
Petra has been a paralegal since 2010. Originally from Slovakia, she received her law degree from the University of Pavol Jozef Šafárik in 2003. She then immigrated to Canada in 2007, after which she earned her Masters of Law from the Schulich School of Law at Dalhousie University.
