About Patrick
Patrick has a general corporate practice, and also offers real estate advice. He has worked on matters relating to reorganizations, corporate financings, sale of businesses, sale of assets, sale of shares, incorporations, shareholder agreements and real estate financing. He has also assisted with corporate litigation matters.
With experience playing and managing the growth of a band, Patrick has a keen interest in the entertainment law space. He is passionate about helping local business growth, and has provided corporate advice to startup clients and new businesses franchising in Canada. Patrick takes time to get to know his clients’ particular needs so he can offer well-rounded advice.
Patrick is a regular volunteer for the Mare Nostrum Foundation, an organization dedicated to creating practical and lasting solutions for the conservation of our oceans. He was previously the English Chapter President.
Beyond his practice, Patrick is also a musician and avid outdoorsman. Wherever he is, Patrick can usually be found socializing and meeting new people.
