About Oliver

Oliver is a dedicated lawyer practising in Labour & Employment, Human Rights, and Occupational Health & Safety law from our Halifax office. With a focus on the construction, government, education, and private client sectors, he provides comprehensive legal counsel and representation to a diverse clientele facing a wide range of workplace challenges.

Oliver possesses a strong track record of success in complex legal matters. His experience includes guiding clients through the small claims court process, negotiating favourable settlements, and representing clients at Labour Board hearings. Additionally, he has demonstrated his skills in corporate governance by re-writing by-laws for a non-profit organization.

In his spare time, Oliver enjoys watching movies, playing sports and deluding himself into thinking that the Toronto Raptors and LA Rams will win. Oliver was the 2020 AUS Lineman of the Year.
