Myriam is a bilingual Associate in our Fredericton office with a broad practice encompassing general corporate/commercial law.

Myriam’s practice includes a variety of transactional work, in particular, for Startups and emerging companies. Her services include, but are not limited to, drafting and reviewing various agreements, guiding her clients throughout the early stages of incorporation, managing traditional or venture capital financings, and acting as a trusted advisor for clients undergoing complex or sensitive matters, including mergers and acquisitions and corporate restructuring. Throughout her practice, Myriam prides herself in learning about her client’s business in order to provide relevant and curated advice specific to their individual needs.

In her spare time, Myriam enjoys playing music, attending sporting events and concerts, and spending time with her dog Fenrir, family and friends.
