About Morganne

Morganne is an immigration lawyer in Saint John, New Brunswick. Her practice specializes in immigration and corporate law. She represents individual and corporate clients with respect to a broad range of immigration matters including applications for temporary resident visas, study permits, and work permits; as well as applications for Canadian permanent residency and citizenship. Morganne has considerable experience advising corporations making labour market impact assessment (LMIA) applications and work permit applications under international agreements (such as CETA, CUSMA, and GATS) to facilitate the transfer and recruitment of workers from around the world.

Morganne received her Juris Doctor from the University of New Brunswick in 2015. Prior to studying law at UNB, Morganne lived in St. John’s, NL for four years where she obtained a Bachelor of Science from Memorial University in 2012.

Morganne is a member of the Canadian Bar Association and the Law Society of New Brunswick. She is the current Chair of the New Brunswick CBA Immigration Section. Morganne is also a board member of The Greater Saint John Field House Inc., and the Coverdale Centre for Women Inc.
