About Mary
As Corporation Information Clerk, Mary assists with preparation, maintenance and tracking of minute books; maintenance of the wills and estates database; preparation of accounts and processing various types of payments; and various corporate filings. Prior to joining Corporate Services, Mary worked as a paralegal and property clerk in the firm’s real property group.
