Lyle is a Title Searcher in our Charlottetown office. His role involves extensive support for the real property team, primarily conducting title searches and research for clients purchasing property. This ensures that clients are purchasing property with good, marketable title. Lyle also does searches and lien checks for clients financing properties, and occasionally does research for sale transactions.

Lyle has more than 10 years of experience in the legal industry. Before joining McInnes Cooper, he worked in various levels of government for 18 years, primarily in forestry.

Originally from Western Canada, Lyle enjoys a range of outdoor activities, including fishing, skiing, snowshoeing, hiking and snowmobiling.
