Kolin has a general corporate and commercial practice and a tax practice. With a background in accounting, he applies his experience to support clients with bankruptcy and insolvency issues, corporate finance transactions and corporate reorganizations. Kolin advises entrepreneurs, business owners, private corporations and other entities in connection with business structures, corporate reorganizations, purchase and sale transactions, income tax, corporate governance, and other commercial matters.

Kolin is a member of the Law Society of Newfoundland and Labrador and the Canadian Bar Association. He currently acts as Secretary to the Board of Bicycle Newfoundland and Labrador. Off the clock, Kolin can usually be found outside mountain biking, hiking, skiing or with his Australian Shepherd, Sadie.
