About Jocelyn
Jocelyn is a Corporate Transactions Paralegal supporting the Corporate Service Department in both our Saint John and Moncton offices. She provides legal assistance to lawyers in the firm in all facets of corporate transactions and reorganizations. Jocelyn has worked in the law for her entire career, having been a legal assistant and paralegal across a wide range of areas of law, most recently specializing in Corporate and Property Law.
Outside of work, Jocelyn enjoys spending time in her backyard haven with her family and her many pets.
