About Jennifer
Jennifer is an Estates and Trusts Paralegal in our Halifax office. Upon graduating from college with a Paralegal Diploma in 2014 and entering the legal industry, Jennifer quickly realised her passion in the wills and estates practice area. Her role consists partly of estate administration with the Nova Scotia Probate Courts. She works with the proctor, Registrars of Probate, executors/personal representatives, beneficiaries, trust companies, banking institutions and financial advisors to complete the estate administration process. The other part of Jennifer’s role is estate planning, which includes drafting of wills, powers of attorney, personal directives and trusts for our Halifax office and our other Atlantic offices.
Jennifer is a member of the Halifax Estate Planning Council. Outside of the office, she enjoys painting, macramé, collecting plants, listening to records, and a nice cup of tea. In the warmer months, she can be found at Lawrencetown Beach swimming, body boarding and most recently, surfing.
