About Jasmine
Jasmine is a bilingual Associate in our Charlottetown office with a developing legal practice in the areas of corporate, commercial and residential real estate.
Jasmine supports general corporate matters for clients across various sectors. She has worked on files relating to general corporate agreements, share sales, corporate reorganizations, commercial financing, startups, and real property transactions.
Jasmine received her Juris Doctor degree from the University of New Brunswick. Before studying law at UNB, Jasmine attended Laurentian University where she obtained a Masters of Science in Biology with a focus on land reclamation and ecological restoration, a Bachelor of Science in Biology and Geology and a Baccalauréat ès art en Droit et Justice.
Jasmine is a member of the Prince Edward Island Law Society and the Canadian Bar Association.
