Haley is a corporate lawyer representing clients in general corporate matters, mergers and acquisitions, financings and securities matters. Having completed her articles with the firm, Haley has experience supporting a range of corporate transactions, including share purchases, asset purchases and public closings. She also assists with incorporations, supporting a range of clients in the startup and emerging companies sector. Haley maintains an open field of communication with her clients, supporting them with all their corporate needs.

Outside of the office, Haley stays very active pursuing her interests in running, spin classes, swimming and hiking. To relax, she reads and spends quality time with family, friends and her dog.
