Greg is a corporate and business lawyer in our Sydney office with additional experience in real property law and estate/succession planning. Greg advises clients on a variety of business matters including corporate governance, implementing tax efficient business structures and tax driven reorganizations, mergers and acquisitions, equity financing and security placement. He regularly works with professionals, private and traditional lenders, First Nations communities, small business owners, established corporations, as well as not-for-profit and government organizations.

Greg takes pride in giving back to the community and has been a director for various local organizations. He is the past Chair of Talbot House (Society), an addiction recovery house for men, and currently serves as a director of Unity House Society.

Off the clock, Greg enjoys many sports, especially golf.
