About Greg

With many years of experience, Greg’s practice focuses on banking and financial services, corporate, commercial, contract, real estate and general business law matters. He also provides services in the areas of wills, estates and trusts.

Greg serves a range of clients, from large multi-nationals, financial institutions, insurers, professional societies and crown corporations, to small and medium sized businesses, charitable organizations and individuals. Greg’s past professional roles include partner positions with full service law firms, operating his own boutique business law firm and acting as in-house counsel for a local manufacturer.

Greg’s areas of experience include commercial financing, secured lending, business acquisitions/sales, incorporations, re-organizations, family trusts, reviewing/drafting and negotiating contracts, estate planning/probating and real estate transactions.

Greg has appeared before all levels of Court in New Brunswick, the Supreme Court of Nova Scotia, the Federal Court and various provincial administrative boards and tribunals. Greg has previously held the positions of tribunal chair for the Mental Health Tribunal of New Brunswick and adjudicator of the Small Claims Court of New Brunswick. Greg has been ranked by the Canadian Legal Lexpert® Directory in the area of Corporate Commercial law.

Greg actively volunteers on multiple boards and committees at both the local and provincial level. Greg is Past Chair of the Chamber of Commerce for Greater Moncton and former President of the Board for Laubach Literacy New Brunswick.
