About Gina
As the Manager of Corporate Services at McInnes Cooper, Gina oversees the delivery of paraprofessional corporate services across the region. She has over 10 years of experience in corporate services.
Gina, as a staff lawyer, also actively assists McInnes Cooper’s lawyers with corporate transactions, reorganizations, amalgamations, import/export transactions and dissolutions.
Gina is a member of the Canadian Bar Association, the Nova Scotia Barristers’ Society, and the International Practice Management Association (IPMA).
