Deirdre has a broad corporate/commercial practice, most often advising clients on buying or selling businesses, or completing tax-driven corporate reorganizations. Deirdre provides efficient, effective and creative strategies to achieve her clients’ ultimate goals.

While in University, Deirdre received numerous athletic and academic accolades and was an active member of her community. She volunteered with Best Buddies Canada, Frontier College, Canadian Association for Community Living and Elizabeth Fry Society of Mainland Nova Scotia.

While not at work, Deirdre enjoys staying active playing soccer and attending workout classes at different locally-owned fitness boutiques and spending time with her family and friends.
