About Cheryll
Cheryll is a Corporate Paralegal in the firm’s Saint John office. She assists with a wide range of corporate transactions, including incorporations, extra-provincial registrations, annual maintenance, amendments, etc. at both the New Brunswick and Federal levels. Prior to transitioning into the Corporate Paralegal role, Cheryll was a Legal Assistant, primarily in the litigation field. She has worked in the legal industry for the majority of her career.
Outside of the office, Cheryll enjoys reading and prides herself on taking care of and spending time with her family.
