About Carlee

Carlee has a general litigation practice with a particular focus in insurance defence, estate litigation, and aviation law. In her insurance defence practice, Carlee navigates complex claims and disputes and advises on a wide array of matters such as injury and property claims. Throughout her time at McInnes Cooper, Carlee has garnered experience in estate litigation and aims to combine her knowledge of the law with a compassionate approach to resolve conflicts efficiently and achieve the best outcome for her clients. Carlee has a growing practice in aviation litigation and strives to leverage her industry-specific knowledge to advocate for clients in this highly specialized field.

During law school, Carlee volunteered with Community Legal Aid of Windsor where she first gained experience in civil litigation. Carlee also volunteered with the Faculty of Law’s Peer Mentorship Program where she provided guidance and mentorship to incoming law students. Carlee is a member of the Canadian Bar Association and the Law Society of New Brunswick. She is also involved with McInnes Cooper’s Collective Social Responsibility (CSR) program, among other internal committees.

When she is not in the office, Carlee enjoys traveling, the culinary arts, and spending time with her dog, Archie.
