About Candice

As Manager, Member Experience, Candice plays a key role in shaping the employee journey, leading engagement and retention initiatives to ensure every firm member feels valued, supported, and empowered to do their best work. Collaborating closely with the People and Culture team, she enhances the employee experience at every stage of their career lifecycle.

Candice holds a diploma in Business Management, specializing in Human Resources Management, providing her with a strong foundation in HR and organizational development. A firm believer in continuous learning and professional growth, she has also earned two designations from the Institute of Professional Management: Certified Management Professional (CMP) and Registered Professional Recruiter (RPR).

With over seven years of Human Resources experience in both the private and public sectors, Candice has developed strong skills in recruitment, onboarding, performance management, compensation, and more. Passionate about fostering an inclusive and dynamic workplace, she thrives on building meaningful relationships and creating an environment where employees can grow and succeed.

Outside of work, Candice enjoys exploring the scenic East Coast Trail in Newfoundland and Labrador with her husband and dog. She also loves spending quality time with family and friends, embracing every moment to the fullest.
