About Ashley
Ashley assists with various aspects of general corporate matters, including incorporations in Newfoundland and Labrador, corporate searches, directors’ updates and the creation of minute books. She processes provincial, extra-provincial and federal annual returns, under both the Corporations Act in Newfoundland and under the Canada Business Corporations Act for federal filings; updates information as a result of processing the annual returns and maintains various registrations across Canada. Ashley also prepares accounts and processes various types of payments; processes and updates extra provincial registrations; prepares and updates information on annual resolutions/minutes; and completes amendments, including changes to corporate names, directors, registered offices, etc.
Ashley attended the College of the North Atlantic, where she completed both the Medical Office Administration (2014) and Legal Office Administration (2015) programs.
