About Alana
As Recruitment Specialist for the firm, Alana is responsible for coordinating the hiring and onboarding of staff across McInnes Cooper’s seven offices. She also supports the People & Culture team with the recruitment of lawyers, articled clerks and law students.
Alana is passionate about supporting people at McInnes Cooper and shows her commitment through her ongoing participation in the internal Wellness, DEI and Special Events Committees. She takes advantage of continuing learning opportunities that allow her and the firm to become a more inclusive place.
Outside of the office, Alana love spending time with her husband and two kids exploring the outdoors, traveling locally, and giving back to her community.
