Abigail is a lawyer in our Charlottetown office with a focus on insurance litigation, commercial litigation, and estates and wills. She provides comprehensive legal counsel and representation in a variety of matters, including estate planning, estate litigation, and insurance defense. With a strong foundation in litigation, Abigail is skilled in navigating complex legal disputes and advocating for her clients’ best interests.

Abigail has appeared in PEI small claims, PEI Supreme, NS Small Claims and NS Superior courts.

When afforded the opportunity, Abigail enjoys photography and travelling, and particularly enjoys spending time in Italy, where she worked as an au pair after completing her undergraduate degree.
