ATLANTIC CANADA, January 20, 2025 – McInnes Cooper is pleased to announce Peter Graham has joined the firm as Managing Director, People and Culture. In this role he will be responsible for leading all aspects of the firm’s people and culture function and will lead the development and execution of related functions, including learning and development, in support of McInnes Cooper’s continued strategic growth.
Peter brings extensive knowledge to this role, most recently as a partner with Deloitte Canada, where he held numerous leadership roles in human resources and communications over the past 10 years. His achievements include developing and launching a new talent value proposition focused on differentiating and improving the work experience and wellbeing for 17,000 employees. He also lead the implementation of Deloitte’s first Accessibility Action Plan, and established an enhanced time off program resulting in improved productivity as well as talent attraction.
