About McInnes Cooper’s New Partners
Tom Keeler – Tom has a broad litigation practice focusing on securities litigation, commercial and insurance litigation, and commercial planning and development matters. He has represented clients before courts and tribunals in Prince Edward Island. Tom is a member of our Financial Services and Insurance client sector units and is a member of our Litigation team in Prince Edward Island.
Robert Mroz – Rob is a litigation lawyer in the firm’s Halifax office, practicing in English and French. Rob’s practice focuses on commercial litigation and insurance defence. He has represented clients at all levels of court in Nova Scotia. Rob is also a co-instructor of Civil Trial Practice at Dalhousie University, and he sits on the Board of Directors for the Legal Information Society of Nova Scotia.
Jonathan Pendrith – Jon provides guidance to his clients as a member of our corporate and business law group. He assists his clients in structuring, negotiating, and concluding corporate transactions; the purchase and sale of businesses; debt and equity financing matters; establishing and managing corporate structures; and other commercial matters.
