Len Hoyt, QC appointed Chair of the Board of Directors of McInnes Cooper

We are delighted to announce that Len Hoyt, QC has been appointed Chair of the Board of Directors of McInnes Cooper. Len was a Board Member from 2006 to 2010 and we are thrilled to have him back in this new role. Len’s appointment follows George Cooper’s final term as Chair. We are grateful for George’s leadership and extend our thanks to him for his exceptional contributions.
Len is a Partner in Fredericton and has spent 30 years serving clients in corporate and commercial law. He has acted for both the public sector and major private sector entities. His practice focuses on P3’s and the gas, electricity and renewable resources sectors.
