John Kulik, QC, invited to Fellowship of Canadian College of Construction Lawyers

McInnes Cooper is pleased to announce that John Kulik, QC, has been invited unanimously by the Board of Governors to the Fellowship of the Canadian College of Construction Lawyers. The College was founded to facilitate and encourage the association of outstanding lawyers who are distinguished for their skill, experience and high standards of professional and ethical conduct in the practice or teaching of construction law and who are dedicated to excellence in this specialized practice area.
John represents a range of construction industry clients through construction-related litigation and arbitration, and has a special focus on liens and claims. John is a member of the Nova Scotia Barristers’ Society and the Canadian Bar Association. Congratulations John.
