McInnes Cooper is proud to annonce that Halifax partner Jennifer Gray has been appointed secretary to the Board of Governors of the University of King’s College.
The Board of Governors is the supreme governing body of the University. The Governors manage the funds and property of the college, and the power of appointment of the President, professors and officials. The Board also appoints an Executive Committee.
