We are pleased to announce the appointment of James Mosher as a Partner with McInnes Cooper. James’ practice focuses on corporate and business, municipal, property, and wills and estates. James represents several municipalities and a Regional Service Commission, and provides a range of corporate and commercial structuring, transactional, financing and succession planning services to our clients.
Primarily serving clients from our Saint John office, James also provides legal services at our St. Stephen office.
