We are pleased to announce the appointment of Geoffrey Spencer as a Partner with McInnes Cooper. Geoff practices mainly in our St. John’s office in corporate and commercial law focused on commercial financings and secured transactions and commercial litigation. He has significant experience with commercial fishery matters, including the purchase and sale and financing of commercial fishing enterprises,related fishing license issues and security related matters. Geoff also routinely acts for secured lenders, trustees and receivers in security enforcement matters.
