Members of the legal profession in Canada nominate qualified lawyers who have made outstanding contributions in their careers thus far.
Julie acts for companies in relation to public and private securities offerings, stock exchange listings, reverse take-overs, plans of arrangement and other merger and acquisition transactions. She advises public companies on securities regulatory compliance matters, including continuous disclosure obligations, mining disclosure standards and stock exchange rules, as well as corporate governance issues. Julie serves as a director of Easter Seals Nova Scotia and is a member of the Canadian Bar Association, the American Bar Association and the Canadian Venture Capital & Private Equity Association (CVCA) Model Documents Working Group.
