Represented CoLab Software Inc. in Series B Financing

We acted as counsel to CoLab Software Inc., a technology company building collaborative solutions for engineers, in respect to their Series B financing. The financing was led by Insight Partners, a New York based private equity company, and was fully subscribed at $21M USD. CoLab will use the funds, in part, to accelerate the implementation of artificial intelligence into their solution.
