Lease of Land at Post-Secondary Education Institution

Acted as legal counsel in the drafting of lease documentation for a post-secondary education institution to lease a piece of land intended for an alternative energy system. Drafted the energy purchase agreement so that the institution could purchase the energy created at the site.
