Once these annual resolutions are signed, we will update your minute book accordingly. This will ensure that your minute book and corporate records are compliant and up to date, particularly for any due diligence reviews that may occur.
Our annual legal fee for this service is $350 per corporation plus Applicable Taxes. However, if you choose to combine this service with our Corporate Registry Annual Renewal service, we offer a combined legal fee of $400 per corporation plus Applicable Taxes.
