Moncton partner Denise LeBlanc has been appointed as judge to the New Brunswick Provincial Court, effective immediately January of 2016.
Denise has been a part of McInnes Cooper since 2004, with the last two years as McInnes Cooper’s Moncton Lead Partner. LeBlanc obtained her law degree from the Université de Moncton and was called to the bar in 1986. Denise practiced in the areas of corporate and business transactions, corporate governance and compliance and real property and land use planning. She has been recognized by Best Lawyers in Canada for her practices in Banking and Finance, Corporate Governance, and Corporate Law since 2011 and is ranked in the 2014 Canadian Legal Lexpert® Directory.
